This lovely new build in Grange has stunning Preference DeMarqué Herringbone Engineered Parquetry. DeMarqué range is available in 6 colours, varying from natural oak colour to dark grey. With a 6mm or 4mm top layer of timber, which can be sanded and coated in the future will not disappoint. These floors can last up to a lifetime. They are easy to care for and maintain and are designed for our contemporary style of living.
