The advantage of timber floors is that they can be re-sanded to produce a "new floor". Old Floors boards can be sanded
back to remove marks the old finish & most dents and scratches.
Parquetry floors can also be sanded back to bare timber, producing a "new floor" at 1/4 of the cost of a new floor.

Extensions and Renovations - in most situations Parquetry can be extended when doing renovations, the whole floor
sanded back to make it all look new and the same.

This floor has been laid on a Airthrust base. These floors have been designed to use in Gymnasiums and Sport Halls
Community Centre any where there is need for extra cushioning in the floor.

They can then have any timber laid over the Airthrust sub floor.
